Without CFO Edge, you may not be right-sizing and may be inefficient eg: bookkeepers doing forecasting without appropriate business knowledge/ professional skills, or Senior Accountants processing transactions under-utilising their skill base. If you require high-level analysis and advisory services, but are not ready to employ a full-time staff member at CFO level then our CFO as a Service is designed with you in mind?  We can provide strategic and operational oversight, business performance analysis, and or assess/ work with your own accounting team.  These engagements are set at an agreed monthly fee and may run from a month to over 12 months with an input from us of typically 1 or 2 days per week.  A discussion with you will clarify the level of CFO support you require with right-sizing of the CFO services complemented with either your team, our ‘Financial Consulting’ service line or our ‘Your Finance Team’ service line.
