Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors (including Big 4 for +8 years). He has worked on public floats, private equity rounds, debt restructures, turnarounds, small business operational improvements, strategic financial advisory service, financial statement preparation, audit and assurance, litigation (forensic) accounting, activity costings, pricing optimisations, and technical accounting advice.
Stephen has held CFO, COO, and Financial Controller roles within small corporates and his team now specialises in entities with 3 to 50 staff. We manage your business. Typical functions would include stakeholder management, financial management, process review and/or development of operational procedures, identifying performance criteria, active forecasting, asset management, treasury functions and governance.
